WASHINGTON – The Department of Labor will host a free online seminar on Aug. 29 to educate contracting agencies, contractors, unions, workers, and other stakeholders about prevailing wage requirements for federally funded projects.
The seminar will cover labor standards in the Davis-Bacon Act and the Service Contract Act, including how prevailing wages are determined.
