Jason Thomas is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders through his work with DECA, where he helps young entrepreneurs and future business professionals develop essential skills for success. As a former member of the Hamilton Community Schools Board of Education, Jason played a crucial role in shaping educational policies and initiatives that benefitted students and educators alike, ensuring that quality education remained a top priority.

Additionally, Jason is convinced that, given the current political landscape and the scale of upcoming projects, merit shop contractors must steadfastly defend the merit shop construction industry and uphold a competitive marketplace.
