Leadership Development Program

The ABC WMC annual Leadership Development Program is designed for leaders at all levels – from C-suite to field personnel in the construction industry. Sessions vary each year from half-day to full-day sessions and feature interactive speakers and breakout sessions. No matter the format, attendees walk away with valuable insights on relevant topics that will help drive business success.

As a member of the Leadership Development Committee, you’ll help identify key aspects of each year’s event. Committee members collaborate on the agenda, featured speaker, and other logistics. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop leadership skills and learn about topics that are relevant to their role, business, and the construction industry.
