CSM Group has appointed Dr. Jim Getting, CSP, as Senior Director of Safety, effective May 18, 2026.
Dr. Getting joins from MIOSHA, where he spent 19 years as a Senior Construction Safety Consultant serving firms across 15 Michigan counties. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Safety Professional and OSHA 500-authorized instructor. In his new role, he will lead strategic safety initiatives across CSM Group’s At-Risk business unit, with a focus on proactive risk mitigation and building a strong safety culture from the frontline up.
