Determined to grow and learn the craft, Eliud made the decision to pursue a career in electrical work, enrolling as an apprentice later that same year.

Balancing the demands of his apprenticeship education with the hands-on challenges of on-the-job training, Eliud quickly stood out as a hardworking and talented learner. By his third year as an apprentice, Eliud’s leadership potential was undeniable. He worked his way up to second in command on the jobsite, earning the trust and respect of both his coworkers and supervisors. In 2018, Eliud made the switch from construction to service work, wanting to grow his skills and try something new. This shift allowed him to take on projects that required innovative thinking, adaptability, and a deep understanding of client needs. Specializing in service work gave Eliud the opportunity to take full ownership of his projects, from planning and troubleshooting to execution and completion. Each job presented unique challenges, allowing him to refine his expertise across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, and data centers. Eliud’s ability to develop creative solutions and execute complex tasks with precision set him apart as a trusted leader and problem-solver, earning him a reputation for excellence in the field.
Eliud’s skills shine in the demanding field of medium voltage electrical work, where accuracy and expertise are essential. He has become a go-to expert for high-pressure shutdowns, intricate installations, and technically complex projects. His leadership and technical abilities have been showcased on high-profile jobs at institutions such as Spectrum Butterworth Hospital, Central Michigan University, Fairlife, and regional Data Centers.
