EV Construction has announced several leadership transitions as the company enters its 81st year in business.
- Tony Roussey has retired after serving as Chief Operating Officer for more than 18 years. During his tenure, Roussey was involved in shaping the company’s culture, operations, and strategic direction.
- Joe Novakoski has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Novakoski, who has been with EV Construction for over 30 years, will be responsible for guiding teams, strengthening operations, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
- Brett Lesiewicz has been named Vice President of Operations. Lesiewicz joined EV in 2012 as an Assistant Project Manager and most recently served as Vice President of Project Management. With 17 years of industry experience, including 13 years at EV, he will oversee operational performance across the organization.
- C.J. MacKenzie has been promoted to Vice President of Florida Operations and will join EV Construction’s Executive Committee. Based in the Naples office, MacKenzie has 16 years of industry experience, including three years at EV. He previously served as Director of Florida Operations and Director of Preconstruction.
