Navigating 2025 OSHA Recordkeeping & Reporting

February 12 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Sweeping updates to OSHA’s recordkeeping submission rules introduced last year continue to burden employers in the construction industry, and their enforcement is becoming more aggressive. OSHA is now fining companies that fail to comply, making it more critical than ever to ensure you’re following the guidelines. All construction companies must comply by March 2, 2025, or face fines and costly OSHA inspections.   Topics Addressed During the Webinar:
  • Are you up to date on the changes to submission rules?
  • Will you have to submit data from all three forms?
  • Are you submitting for the correct locations?
  • Could you be over-reporting?
  • Are you using the correct NAICS code?
  • Do you know your DART rate and why it matters?
  • Could you be on OSHA’s inspection target list?
Dustin Boss, creator of OSHAlogs.com and ABC Western Michigan member and partner, will explain the ongoing submission requirements and how to best prepare your organization for this year’s deadline. We will also provide an overview of OSHAlogs.com, a dynamic OSHA recordkeeping and injury intelligence platform to help you stay compliant.  ABC members who attend the webinar will receive free access to this software!
