Rockford Construction announced two leadership appointments:
- Dan Buskirk has been named chief operating officer. He will focus on adopting new technologies and overseeing construction operations. Buskirk has been with the company for nearly 11 years and has over 25 years of construction management experience, including work at Skanska.
- Steve Frederickson has been appointed executive vice president and chief growth officer. He will manage the firm’s markets, regions, strategic industry partnerships, and client service. Frederickson has been with Rockford for four years and previously served as president and COO at the Christman Company.
These changes follow the appointment of Shane Napper as president and CEO, succeeding co-founder Mike VanGessel.
