Owner of ABC member Sobie Company, Inc., an interior finishing construction firm, has successfully acquired Architectural Glass & Metals, Inc. (AGM), another ABC member and commercial glass and metal panel contractor.
The executives from both Sobie and AGM said the acquisition will enhance their capabilities and expand their reach within the local market.
